Vacant PhD fellowship

PhD fellowship on “Improving CRISPR genome editing efficiency by modifying epigenetic marks” at Copenhagen Center for Glycomics at The Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine.

Copenhagen Center for Glycomics invites applicants for one or more 3-year EC Marie Sklodowska-Curie PhD fellowships in the research area of glycobiology. The fellowships are available from March 1st, 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The main objective of the project is to improve CRISPR genome editing efficiency of human cells. We will develop and use different strategies to improve current editing strategies, including the identification and alteration of DNA repair candidate genes. The improved methods will be tested on preclinical 3D tissue models mimicking human disease.
The deadline for applications is November 15th, 2017
